Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Melted Butter
- 10 Cups of Popcorn
- Cooking Spray
Drizzle freshly popped corn with melted butter. Spray generously with cooking spray and sprinkle with spices. Mix well and enjoy.

Stovetop Potpourri
- 4-5 Dried Orange Slices
- ¼ Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1-2 Sprig(s) Dried Rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Cloves
- 3-4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Vanilla Bean
Pour contents into a small saucepan or simmer pot. Cover with water and allow to simmer, adding water as necessary. Adjust the ingredients to suit your preference.

Pancakes
- 4 ½ Cups Flour
- ¾ Cup Powdered Milk
- ⅓ Cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Salt
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight jar. For pancakes, mix 1 cup of pancake mix with ¾ cup water to make 4-5 pancakes.

Hot Chocolate
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Cup Cocoa
- 1 Cup Powdered Milk
- ¼ Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- ¼ Cup White Chocolate Chips
- ½ Cup Mini Marshmallows
Pour contents into a jar in the order above. When ready to enjoy, mix the contents of the jar. Add ⅓ cup of hot chocolate mix to 1 cup hot water. Sprinkle a few more marshmallows on top and savor your first sip.

Gingerbread Granola
Dry Ingredients:
- 3 ¼ Cups Rolled Oats
- ½ Cup Coconut
- ½ Cup Whole Pecans
- ¾ Cup Whole Almonds
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
- ⅛ Teaspoon Cloves
- ¾ Cup Dried Cranberries
- ¾ Cup White Chocolate Chips
Wet Ingredients:
- ¼ Cup Coconut Oil
- ⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Molasses
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
Combine dry ingredients except dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread onto a parchment-covered baking sheet. Bake for 24 minutes or until slightly browned, stirring halfway through the baking time. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Once cooled, add cranberries and chocolate chips. Store in an airtight jar.
