Issue 04 | CULTIVATE | Fall 2019

(6 customer reviews)

The CULTIVATE Issue will concentrate on faithful stewardship of the people, spaces, and opportunities God has set before us. We’ll consider both practical and spiritual ways to intentionally cultivate habits, fellowship, creativity, love, and the joy of Jesus within our homes, friendships, marriages, and communities. Secondary themes for fall will center around tending to the seeds of gratefulness in our lives, with heart and home inspiration for the holiday.

This autumn quarter, we want to encourage our readers to deliberately invest in areas of character which carry eternal significance. May we behold the value of what we have and sow wisely into the circumstances God has placed us—uprooting when necessary, tilling the hidden places of our hearts, intentionally planting seeds of righteousness, and approaching the tasks before us with His strength and for His glory.

Our hope is that The CULTIVATE Issue will meet you right where you are, shine a light into the deep areas of growth, and arouse a hope within for the harvest of righteousness and beauty sure to come in Christ. We pray your hearts and homes will be enriched and encouraged this fall, nourished by the joy of Christ in you.

I can’t say enough great things about this magazine! Not only is it of very high quality paper. This magazine is truly a fabulous coffee table book! I will keep each of mine on my table for guests to enjoy when I am done reading them… It has gorgeous photos! The stories enrich your faith, recipes warm your soul and I was tickled there was a coloring page in the back too! They also would make wonderful gifts for other women who need inspiration.

I’ve never been a big magazine girl, but I was so interested in the content of the joyful life magazine that I thought I’d give it a shot. I was like a kid on Christmas opening that package! This magazine is unlike any other magazine I’ve seen. It’s just so pretty! The paper feels delicious, the pictures are beautifully moving, and the content is so rich. I keep it out where I can see it and go back to it again and again. Can’t wait for the winter issue to come out!

What an incredible publication! The recipes and craft ideas are perfect for the holiday season. The articles draw you closer to God and teach you many things about life.

  4. Terry Gassett

I have been enjoying this magazine since the first issue arrived in my mailbox. It’s proven to be so much more than a magazine – it’s a keepsake! The photos in it are stunning! And the articles are so full of faith, encouragement, and inspiration for women in all walks of life. These are articles and photos that you will want to refer to again and again. The magazine also offers us both practical and creative helps.
I find that the combination of faith and practicality, with a good dose of creative inspiration thrown in – are just the perfect combination. I have some ladies coming over for tea this Saturday, and I plan on putting it a few copies – so I can introduce them to this magazine! It’s too good not to share!

This publication is so beautiful! I love the Bible reading plan, articles, recipes, and gorgeous photography! This magazine is truly a collectible. I love that there are no ads, too. Everything about it is just beautiful!

  6. Susanne Moore

This magazine is truly a blessing. It is so creative, beautiful, practical. There is so much inside its pages. The stories of faith, the photos, the art all of it. My daughters picked it up, read through it, and I did not even have to speak, it was just sitting on my coffee table. I cannot wait for the next issue!
