REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and non-refundable with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. If your product arrives damaged or an incorrect product is shipped, we will refund or exchange at the customer’s request.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing times are listed on individual product pages. All orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted on product page.
Please double check your shipping address for accuracy prior to placing your order. The Joyful Life Co. can not be held responsible for incorrectly delivered items due to shipping addresses being entered inaccurately. If you notice on your receipt that your shipping address is incorrect, please notify us immediately so that we can attempt to make the correction on our end, although we can not guarantee a change of shipping address once your order has entered processing. If a shipment is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrectly entered address the cost of reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
We currently ship only to the US and Canada. The Joyful Life Co. is not responsible for custom taxes and fees.
